Its child protection policy covers all relevant areas to ensure their rights, including the right to one\u2019s own image and the protection of personal data.<\/p><p data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"841\"><strong data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"659\">ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE OF THE AUTHORIZATION<\/strong><br data-start=\"659\" data-end=\"662\" \/>I, the undersigned, as the parent, guardian, or legal representative of the minor [Full name of the minor], hereby expressly authorize the <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"838\">UDS Internacional Cup<\/strong> to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"1168\"><li data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"1168\"><p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"1168\">Record, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, disseminate, and publicly communicate images or recordings of the minor, taken during all tournament activities, whether at event facilities (training sessions, matches, talks) or at external locations (visits, excursions), without any financial compensation.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1431\"><strong data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1203\">ARTICLE 2. GRATUITOUS NATURE<\/strong><br data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1206\" \/>I declare that this assignment is granted free of charge, and I expressly waive any right to claim financial compensation for the use of the images captured by <strong data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1373\">UDS Internacional Cup<\/strong> or any authorized entity.<\/p><p data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1675\"><strong data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1477\">ARTICLE 3. AUTHORIZED MEDIA AND CHANNELS<\/strong><br data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1480\" \/>The dissemination may be carried out through the official channels of the tournament or the Club, including, but not limited to: the official website, social media platforms, newsletters, promotional materials, or informational publications.<\/p><p data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1913\"><strong data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1723\">ARTICLE 4. DATA PROTECTION AND RIGHTS<\/strong><br data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1726\" \/>In accordance with <strong data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1763\">Organic Law 3\/2018<\/strong>on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and Regulation <strong data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1884\">(EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/strong>, the following is hereby stated:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"2961\"><li data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"2052\"><p data-start=\"1917\" data-end=\"2052\">The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent granted through this authorization.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2288\"><p data-start=\"2055\" data-end=\"2288\">If the minor is under 14 years old, consent must be given by their legal representatives; if aged 14 or older, they may grant consent themselves, provided they possess sufficient maturity.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2604\"><p data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2604\">The Data Controller is <strong data-start=\"2328\" data-end=\"2353\">UDS Internacional Cup<\/strong>with registered address at PJ Coliseum, No. 19, Bajo, 37002, Salamanca, Spain, which may incorporate these personal data and images into its files for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes stated herein, in compliance with applicable regulations.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2605\" data-end=\"2961\"><p data-start=\"2607\" data-end=\"2961\">You may exercise, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and right to be forgotten, by sending a written communication to the Data Controller at <a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2826\" data-end=\"2840\">info@udscupinternacional.com<\/a>. This also includes the right to revoke consent, without retroactive effect.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3410\"><strong data-start=\"2963\" data-end=\"3005\">ARTICLE 5.
