Regulations
Clubs from all over the world that are federated in their respective countries may participate. The tournament will be governed by the rules of FIFA, the RFEF, and the RFCYL
All players on each team must properly complete the registration form.
Each player or member of the coaching staff must present an official identification document verifying their identity for proper tournament registration, and upon request during the competition.
The specific features of this tournament will be the following.
YOUTH CATEGORY
- Players born in 2007 or later may participate.
MATCH DURATION
- Matches will be played in 2 halves of 30 minutes, with a 5-minute halftime break.
- In the final, the halftime break will be 8 minutes.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS AND TECHNICAL STAFF
- Teams will be made up of a maximum of 30 players and 5 technical staff members.
- All players may be included in the match roster.
UNIFORMS
- Each club must have both home and away kits, with shirts and shorts properly numbered.
- If two teams’ uniforms are too similar and cannot be distinguished, one team (chosen by draw) will wear bibs to differentiate.
SUBSTITUTIONS
- Each team will have 3 substitution windows during regular time, plus halftime, to make changes.
- Substitutions will be made when play is stopped and with the referee’s authorization.
- There is no limit to the number of players substituted during each window or at halftime.
- Substituted players may re-enter, respecting the substitution windows.
- If a team has used all substitution windows and a player gets injured during the match, they may replace the player without any penalty
COMPETITION SYSTEM
GROUP STAGE
- There will be 1 group of 4 teams
- Teams will play each other in a single match.
- The points will be awarded as follows:
- 3 points for a win.
- 1 point for a draw.
- 0 points for a loss.
FINAL STAGE
FINAL
- The final will be played as a single match.
- The match will consist of 2 halves of 30 minutes, with an 8-minute halftime.
- If the match is tied at the end of regulation time, it will go directly to penalty kicks.
TIEBREAK CRITERIA
GROUP STAGE
- Highest number of points obtained
- Greatest goal difference (scored minus conceded)
- Highest number of goals scored
- Head-to-head results
- Draw
PENALTY KICKS
FIFA rules will apply.
SCHEDULES
- Matches will be played at the predetermined times with no changes allowed.
- Teams are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled match time.
- Teams must be ready on the pitch 10 minutes before kick-off.
- Matches will not be delayed for warm-ups or other individual circumstances.
- In case of force majeure, if a team experiences an incident, they must inform the organizing committee of the delay.
- If the delay exceeds 25 minutes beyond the scheduled start without justification, the offending team will forfeit the match 3–0, and the game will not be rescheduled.
CREDENTIALS
Each team member will have an ID accrediting them as a tournament player.
They must always carry their official photo ID.
SANCTIONS
- 3 yellow cards = 1 match suspension*.
- Expulsion for 2 yellow cards in one match does not result in suspension for the next match, but cards are cumulative.
- Direct red card = 1 match suspension*.
- Direct aggression off the ball will result in sanctions depending on severity.
- Fighting on or off the field involving team members will result in immediate expulsion from the tournament.
- If a team withdraws before completing its participation, the results will stand, and the teams that continue will be awarded a win based on the average goals scored in their previous matches.
- Teams that withdraw from the tournament will be banned for 2 years from participating in any category of the event.
- Any complaints from a team must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee within 60 minutes after their match ends. A complaint fee of 100 euros must be included. If the complaint is upheld in favor of the team, the fee will be fully refunded.
- Complaints against refereeing decisions will not be accepted.
HEALTH INSURANCE
All participants must carry a health card or private insurance.
The Organizing Committee and the host club are not responsible for any damages or losses suffered by participants, including the loss of personal belongings (due to theft or other circumstances). They are also not liable for actions taken by public authorities or transportation companies, such as strikes, cancellations, etc.
By registering, the club declares that its players are physically fit for the event. The organization declines all responsibility for any damages that participants may cause to themselves or to third parties during the competition.
In case of injuries and for mutual insurance purposes, the procedures will be the same as in a league match.
Record in the match incident report the full name, ID number (DNI, NIE, or passport), and type of injury or reason.
The injured player’s club must provide an INJURY REPORT, duly signed and stamped by the club. The player will be treated regardless of whether they have the injury report.

Los equipos y jugadores que tengan un seguro privado, deberán de seguir las instrucciones de su aseguradora, y en caso de requerir un traslado en ambulancia, indicar al responsable al centro de salud al que debe de ser trasladado.
