Supervisar el control de edades de los jugadores en UDS Internacional Cup, verificando mediante DNI o pasaporte que estén en la categoría sub18.
Encargarse de la reserva de alojamientos para jugadores, entrenadores o responsables durante el evento. Gestionar la redacción y difusión de las actas de los partidos.
Publish on our website and mobile application the list of team members with their full names, as well as information on goal scorers, cautions, and sanctions for players and coaches.
Respond to requests or inquiries received via the contact or registration form on the website.
Compartir o difundir en nuestro portal web y aplicación, así como en medios de comunicación públicos o privados, redes sociales (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) y canales de mensajería (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), fotografías y vídeos captados durante los partidos y/o eventos de UDS International Cup en los que aparezcan, de forma individual o grupal, jugadores y entrenadores o responsables.
Mantener informados a los jugadores, entrenadores o responsables sobre productos, servicios, novedades, eventos y otros contenidos de interés relacionados con UDS Internacional Cup.
Data Collection
- Participant identification data: name, surname(s), ID, federation cards, etc.
- Club identification data: contact person’s name, phone numbers, emails, etc.
- Health data (in case of injury) for insurance purposes.
- Commercial and billing information.
- Event images and videos.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
Performance of a contract.
Consent of the data subject (in the case of minors, consent must be given by the person(s) holding parental authority/guardianship for those under 14 years of age).
Data Sharing
No data will be transferred to third parties nor will international data transfers be carried out. However, in certain circumstances, the data provided may be processed by our suppliers or data processors exclusively to fulfill the purposes established in this agreement.
During the event, there will be numerous clubs and attendees present. It is therefore possible that, on some occasions, photographs or recordings may be made by private individuals. We ask all participants and attendees to use such images or videos appropriately and respectfully, acting responsibly and with civility when sharing them on social networks or other digital platforms.
Data Retention Period
The identification data of participants will be kept for the duration of the tournament and for the time required to comply with liability limitation periods.
Other data provided will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and while there is no objection to such processing.
We are committed to deleting this data when there is no longer a valid legal basis for its processing or when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
