PREAMBLE
Salamanca CF UDS, organizer of the UDS International Cup UDS Internacional Cupplaces the utmost importance on the well-being of participating boys and girls. Its child protection policy covers all relevant areas to ensure their rights, including the right to one’s own image and the protection of personal data.

ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE OF THE AUTHORIZATION
I, the undersigned, as the parent, guardian, or legal representative of the minor [Full name of the minor], hereby expressly authorize the UDS Internacional Cup to:

• Record, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, disseminate, and publicly communicate images or recordings of the minor, taken during all tournament activities, whether at event facilities (training sessions, matches, talks) or at external locations (visits, excursions), without any financial compensation.

ARTICLE 2. GRATUITOUS NATURE
I declare that this assignment is granted free of charge, and I expressly waive any right to claim financial compensation for the use of the images captured by UDS Internacional Cup or any authorized entity.

ARTICLE 3. AUTHORIZED MEDIA AND CHANNELS
The dissemination may be carried out through the official channels of the tournament or the Club, including, but not limited to: the official website, social media platforms, newsletters, promotional materials, or informational publications.

ARTICLE 4. DATA PROTECTION AND RIGHTS
In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the following is hereby stated:

• The legal basis for processing is the explicit consent granted through this authorization.

• If the minor is under 14 years old, consent must be given by their legal representatives; if aged 14 or older, they may grant consent themselves, provided they possess sufficient maturity.

• The Data Controller is UDS Internacional Cupwith registered address at PJ Coliseum, No. 19, Bajo, 37002, Salamanca, Spain, which may incorporate these personal data and images into its files for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes stated herein, in compliance with applicable regulations. 

• You may exercise, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and right to be forgotten, by sending a written communication to the Data Controller at info@udscupinternacional.com. This also includes the right to revoke consent, without retroactive effect.

ARTICLE 5. BEST INTEREST OF THE MINOR
It is guaranteed that the use of the images will respect the dignity, good customs, honor, privacy, and appearance of the minor, and will not cause reputational harm, in accordance with Article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution, Organic Law 1/1982 on the Right to Honor, Privacy, and One’s Own Image, and Organic Law 1/1996, on the Legal Protection of Minors.
